I rented a storage unit, was told that insurance was required and would be included in the rent, it is with a company XERCOR, rented for over a year and was moving to another state, went with a truck to get my stuff and found rats had ruined a lot of my stuff, took Why Rats, does the storage locker not say they control this, look elsewhere for your storage need and save yourself problems The insurance company is giving me the run around and I doubt I will ever get my due, stop selling this bogus insurance and get the rats un... read more

If I had a choice I wouldn't even put a star for there poor service. Wendy is very unprofessional, rude, has very poor customer service skills. They are not reliable when it comes to paperwork. They lost my contract and they didn't update my contact information. So desperate to hold to customers!!! WORST STORAGE PLACE TO RENT FROM!!!!

The unit was not 5 foot wide the unit was on the backside of the property and very hard to get our truck and trailor backed in the space. Also we had a moisture rid container in the unit and we still had moisture and ruined a high chair with black mold. The owner also told us that she would have leaves removed from around our unit that never happened. Renters beware.
