I pride myself in my service and dedication to my clients and their travel needs. I have many happy and repeat clients.
Don't expect any additional services from Julie, she will contact a "vacation wholesaler" and book your trip. If you would like anything special, like maybe contacting the hotel for special request, she will tell you to do it yourself. You might as well contact aavacations yourself, you will get better service.
