Spent four years putting up with a snoopy, condescending landlord. No, not evicted, but Joy certainly likes to carry her eviction notices around with her, little mental if you ask me. She entered my apt illegally. Never ever had a problem calling me before, just decided to skip that. First day turn on fire hazard push button stove, lights go out! I have been a tenet in one of their parks for over 15 years. never had a problem with joy she was always very nice. My husband passed away suddenly last year. Times have been hard, for the first time in 15 years I got behind on my space rent. I thought we had worked it out then I get a eviction notice. I called left a message after waiting all day for them to call back I had to call them. Joy was rude after discussing with her how I thought things were fine she changed her excuse for evicting me to my yard not being mowed. ... read more

It pleases me to see so many people with the same issues that I have had with Joy and I have only met her ONCE! Lol My landlord decided to hire her so she came to see the property. The ENTIRE time degraded and belittled me and would not let me get one word in without disrespecting me and my family. I have told thousands of family and friends how disgusted I am with this woman, Joy, and have not heard a word from her or my landlord since that day so I'm hoping to GOD he realized what a terrible woman she is and got rid of her... read more

Of course she only wants the good reviews contact us I have pictures to back up everything I say. And documentation to back up what I say. I would not say this if it were only because I did wrong and got evicted. Come see for your self's don't just go on what I say come get the proof.

she is a terrorist!!!! I have lived in one of the parks that she manages for 4 years and in that time she has come up with something to evict me for about every 3 to 4 months. She gave us an eviction notice the day before thanksgiving. Reason's, My outside light was to bright, I built an addition on that she did not approve and she told me I could. and the tent carport I put up for storage.
