UPDATE TO ED'S REPLY: Ed's is a complete liar who's trying to save face and resorting to name calling because he's mad at being called out. You want this guy in your home? Nothing here is untrue and these are the facts: 1. As I told Ed on the phone, another HVAC company diagnosed the problem. We wanted someone who was Unico certified to complete the work (something Ed bragged about on our initial call). I had a great experience! Ed was efficient, knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. They will definitely be my first point of contact for any future furnace or HVAC maintenance or issues.
Ed was awesome! We called late on a Saturday afternoon & he was able to come by very early on Sunday morning. He took care of what was wrong very quickly, was so nice, & the price was more than fair! We will definitely call him again in the future when we need services the next time.
Around the town heating and cooling were knowledgeable and provided a great explanation of the problem and solution. They were able to schedule me and provide an estimate me promptly and I was able to have a working ac unit within a week. I highly recommend using them if you are in need of service.
