This was the worst moving experience ever. Oh, and I still don't have my stuff. I can't get a hold of anyone and I was charged almost double of the initial quote. I felt taken advantage of and spoken to extremely rude when I called to discuss issues. Please everyone, do not use this company. They also have no respect for veterans.
I wish you could give this company a negative star. The movers arived late, they marked up the walls and door jams. They took too many smoke breaks. The total cost was more than double than the quoted price. We had to wait 2 weeks to have our belongings delivered to our new house. The delivery did NOT come on the scheduled day, and they were missing some of our furniture. The delivery drivers also informed us that they had to strap matresses to the extirior of the moving truck.
Complete #SCAM. You are NOT #Integral. The initial quote you provided was more than doubled when you arrived to complete the move. We cancelled the job and were told we would receive NO charges. When we got up this morning to move forward with our plan B, our account received a ridiculous charge from your company from a service you DID NOT Provide. Please do NO business with this company.
