I can't believe they are still in business. THEY rescheduled the closing date walk through and then charged us for an extra month of rent. I refused to pay for years and just let it sit on my credit until I had to pay to purchase a home. If I had to do it over again I would have gone to small claims. They were largely unresponsive. My family slept huddled in the family room without heat for several days before they returned a call. Very Unprofessional.
I am a Residential Property Manager and deal with HOAs on a daily basis. In the 23 years I have been a PM, I have never dealt with such an unethical company such as Around the Clock. Every single instance I need to communicate with them has been extremely negative. I will go as far as say that they are racist. Yes, racist. I have a few examples that strongly suggest so.
