A/C stopped cooling my condo. AtC came out and installed a new condenser unit on the roof and a new interior fan coil unit, costing $14,000! It worked for 24 hours, and then stopped cooling again. No excuses. Someone didn't know what they were doing. Even "minor" mistakes are due to either ignorance or incompetence and should not happen. And the fact that the kid who made the installation errors insisted to me that he "did nothing wrong" was a lie and added insult to injury. Communications are precise and you get appt reminders and notifications when the tech is on their way. Igor has always maintained my system. He’s great and extremely knowledgeable about all things HVAC.
