Horrible to work for. Honestly I would not put my parents through this company either. Called in 14 hours before and said they can not get coverage. Does not listen to the available hours you can work, still will work you when you say you're not available. They are very short staffed. The boss is bad answering phone calls. Also her daughter works for the same company and her daughter gets the set hours she wants five days in a row every week while every other caregiver is split days off with different shifts.
