Always check with the BBB, and the Nevada State Contractors Board. Have a copy of their information and understand they are required to be bonded. This is insurance the job is done correctly. Complaints can be filed with the Nevada State Contractors board and with the Surety Bond Company. I will uodate you on my personal experience.

I was forced to go to this plumber through my home warranty. Without this I doubt they would get any business. Waited through my four hour window and plumber shows up with 10 minutes to spare to tell me he has to come back the next day. I schedule for morning to avoid having to miss work, nobody shows up and I call them only to tell me their technician had an emergency and nobody would be able to make it out that day. This Company is terrible, they came to check my hot water heater and he put his hand on it and said it was working fine. then he wanted $55. I refused because he did not even bring tools, if you want ripped off call these clowns!

Avoid this place like the plague! – I really can't believe the incompetence of this company. Along with their failure to perform the most basic tasks, their horrible attitudes and rudeness is intolerable. There is no concern for your situation and no apologies for anything. Apparently everything is your fault and the company is always right. Yeah, that's some great logic people. Way to do business. Get a guaranty if they let you!! – My home warranty company use's them. I should say I use to have a home warranty company. The last review sounds so familar. They came out and replaced the kitchen faucet because it was leaking. I paid the $ 60.00 according to the contract. Looks like a used faucet they put in replace of original. Two months later the faucet loosened up on the sink and the sprayer stopped working. Called my use to be warranty company and they sent them back out. BEWARE !!! DONT TRUST THEM – I am not going to bore you with my details. If you really want to see the truth abouth this company just goto Beter business bureau , search them ( F Raiting with non solved complaines) and/ or secretary of the state nevada and do the business search with company name and owners. Thie company is " Default" with the state and even their firs registration check was NSF, Also their other businesses (3-4) revoked or permenantly revoved. Quick and Easy Service – Saved my work day!! I recently used Around the Clock service for some broken water pumps in my workshop. I work with steamers and i needed this to be repaired immediately. They arrived within a couple of hours after i scheduled an appointment. They worked in a timely manner and the interference with my work was minimal. They were also the most reasonable price i could find. I would recommend to my friends and family. I will most definitely be using them again.

Great company! – I actually had a really good experience with them! The service was prompt and I hardly had to wait. I'm not usually a fan when I have to hire someone for work, but here I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the service completed in a timely manner, the staff was helpful and friendly as well. I'll recommend any friend or neighbor to give them a call when they need it.

Excellent techs and prompt service – I was expecting hell when this company called to schedule an appointment but was very pleasantly surprised by everyone. Not sure about these negative reviews at all. They very sweet and courteous over the phone, the plumber was also a nice guy, NOT some sweaty creepy perv. I still don't get the 4 hour window of service but I highly recommend them.
