Really, really poor service. I’ve left multiple VMs and emails on the portal, and nobody ever responds. Save your money and go elsewhere
We built our dream house little realizing the neighborhood was located where a massive spider colony once made the news, bringing in etymologists from all over the country to examine the strange phenomena. Around the Block Pest Control has no problem stealing money from their customers without warning or authorization.
We just canceled after having them do a courtesy service since we were still experiencing bugs and they did that free of charge. 2 weeks later we still have bugs. I'm quite sure they never even came out, not sure how they are still in business as our pest problem never changed in the 5 months we had services by them. This service requires a lot of trust and the experience we had wasn't consistent with someone who does their job.

We just received our first treatment from Around the block, I’m very pleased!! We recently left Terminex to try these guys out and boy, am I glad we did! Our technician’s name was Harrison, he was amazing! Did a wonderful job and provided great information. He did wayyyy more than Terminex has ever done! Ryland was the gentleman who came to our door and definitely sold us on the company! He also shared great information for us and also sold us when it came to flea treatment in the yard. Very happy with our service. 👍🏽

Prices are great, the service guy that comes out found some things my previous company could have done better, and they’re responsive to questions and my schedule.
