I sustained an injury that has taken me over a year to recover from and I’m still healing. If it weren’t for the people at Arosa, especially in the beginning, I do not know what I would have done. This is such a good company! They care about the clients and those who work for them. Mayra, and Emily are great at placing clients and staff together, Nurse Debbie is amazing and is so dedicated in keeping in touch with other medical professionals and knowing what the clients needs are. Nate is great keeping the staff and clients in harmony. You couldn’t ask for a better group to help care for your loved ones.
I would not recommend this agency to my worst enemy if they were seeking in home care for a loved one. The levels of incompetence from the managerial staff is epic. The majority of the caregivers are excellent people, unfortunately, their employer is laughable.
