Arosa is the best company I've had the pleasure of working at. Amazing staff,clients, and coworkers that have became true friends. My care manager kala hargrove is the sweetest person I know and the best boss.

I worked for Arosa and I really enjoyed every minute of it. They deeply care for their patients as well as their employees. Kala was always fantastic in placing me in just the right homes. I only left because I am moving to care for a friend. I will definitely go back to work for them when I get home.

Arosa shelbyville (formally FAMILY Staffing) is a wonderful Company to work for. They are currently hiring caregivers for the middle TN area. The Company has 3 offices in middle TN. New to the Arosa team members , Amanda Lankford and Kala Hargrove worked very hard and put in lots of hours to ensure their existing caregivers would make the change to Arosa Shelbyville smooth.
