Used Arosa to travel to and from a hospital procedure. Faith gave me explicit information and answered all questions. Donna was there early to pick me up and was an excellent driver. She was attentive after the procedure, dropping me off at my door per my request. I would use their services again if needed.

I've been involved with Arosa since they acquired a predecessor provider, it has been several years. Tiffany has been a shing star in problems resolution, with scheduling, the sudden or emergency situations that arise and keeping everyone timely and on task. She pleasantly makes herself more than available when needed. A person that cares. In my experiences with 2 long term elderly family members she has been outstanding.
