Excellent! I was looking for someone who would get to know me and my wishes if I were ill and I were unable to make important medical decisions (care management). Being in healthcare myself, I’ve seen too many times when wonderful family and friends get overwhelmed, divided, and/or don’t fully comprehend all the medical jargon going on when someone they care about is very ill.
