I had a bad service experience but Stotz reached out to me. Corey, the manager, called me and we had a good conversation. He agreed that things were not done the way he wanted them to be done. So I had a one star experience on site but a five star interaction with Corey. I will now return to Stotz. I will just be a little more careful with details.
Based on my most recent service experience I will have to be truly desperate before I will return.
Not too happy with the service I received at Stotz Escondido. I needed a new deck for my x300. The guy I talked too was not clear on what was included for the new deck. He indicated, and I asked, that is was a "complete" mower. He said it might not include new blades. I ordered it with the realization that there was a > $200 restocking fee.
