Job not finished. My husand had to fire him and call in another contractor. The contractor let us know that 20k of work was not completed in his opinion and many parts have to be redone. Roy was a friend of the family and could do this low quality of work and defend it. When confronted about the differences in the budget he changed the work completed to match the money missing. Use at own risk! If in doubt of my review I have texts to corroborate my story.
Roy is building our custom outdoor kitchen and he is awesome. He incorporated all my crazy ideas and even improved on many of them. The quality & attention to detail the masons showed was fantastic, and the lighting came out better than we imagined. The finished product is out of this world and we couldn't be happier.
Roy built my 3,900 sq. ft. custom home and did an AMAZING job. His experience and knowledge of building allowed me to make several awesome upgrades to my house while still finding ways to save money. The project got done quickly without compromising quality. This builder is the best in town!
