Built a house and used them for HVAC. They wired the heat and cooling to the same breaker which made the system trip the breakers anytime the heat came on instead of installing different breakers. Called them multiple times to try and come fix it throughout the first year and wouldn't come back out to San Antonio. Ofc after warranty they definitely wouldn't come out and fix anything.
Aros Air Mechanical sent a tech (Andy) to check why our home was not cooling. It turned out the compressor was bad. Since I had my unit for over 18 years the tech recommended a whole unit replacement. I agreed and the unit was ordered and installed 2 days later. I then hired another company to clean our ducts but they did not seal the duct back up after their cleaning.
