Very unprofessional experience. I called beforehand to confirm the price and was given one amount over the phone, but when I got there, I was charged almost double. Even after I explained that these additional charges were never mentioned to me over the phone, the owner still charged me for them. I was also charged for styling, even though my hair was not properly blow-dried and was still wet near the scalp.
I went here to get my nails done, but unfortunately, one nail fell off the very next day and another was already on the verge of falling off. I contacted the owner, and she was kind enough to let me come back the next day to have them redone, which I really appreciated. However, the person who redid them did a poor job with my thumbs. I've been coming here for years, and I can honestly say this place is exceptional. It's always clean, calming, and incredibly thorough. The women who work here are talented, kind, and professional they consistently provide outstanding service. My entire family comes here, and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Seriously, we should be talking about Arora's Beauty more. They truly deserve the recognition!
