This is one of the best psychiatrist office's I've ever been to. The visit went really well and everything I needed was well taken care of.
Ally was incredibly rude and nasty. She didn't care about my needs or trying to help me. After speaking with her several times about my appointment / medication she said she would talk to the doctor and call me back, but never did. She hung up on me multiple times in the middle of our conversation and then wouldn't answer my calls when I would try to call back. Love her office and staff. Visits are very quick and easy and they are always willing to work with you on scheduling. Your appointment time is the time that you are seen and you do not have to wait hours.
My cousin came in from out of town to pick me up. Dr. Arora said for her not to bother, that I'd find a way home. He treated me like a creature that didn't even count as human.
Very satisfied. Appointment was made quickly when front desk realized I was in a crisis. I did not see Dr Arora, saw Marlo Jones. She was helpful and kind. I am going back and feel better. Will recommend this office.
The worst care I have received from a Psychiatrist office. The doctor himself was ok, but his PA, Marlo Jones, was unprofessional in her tone and and using crude vocabulary during the consultation. Beyond that, they charged me $150 to fill out 2 pieces of paperwork for FMLA. Totally taking advantage of a patient in a time of need. I would never recommend this office.
