When all the other "big" stores told me I was looking at a 2-3 wait for custom sunglasses, Poonam took on the challenge and had them ready within 24 hours. Second time going here. Poonam is just a delight and her specialty is to help find u that pair that is perfect for you. The optometrist here was so so different to all the usual ones I’ve experienced. He was actually a people’s person, approachable, friendly, great communicator. I often find them to be the opposite but not here..huge relief!
