Got there at 7:30pm on 5/24/26, waited forever to put in food order and server seemed to be writing and getting our orders wrong. Waited an hour. Was told sorry for the wait and that the kitchen was behind all day by the server. Waited 10 plus more minutes another guy comes and says sorry almost done just needs cheese on burgers. Extremely slow service, food was dry after waiting an hour. Terrible experience.
Walked in sat at the bar. Sabres hockey game not on any of the .any TVs. Sat for almost 10 minutes and the bartender was too busy talking to coworkers & regulars to even look at me. Even gave beers to the 2 guys sitting right beside me. What a bad experience. Thanks for nothing.
