Beware! From my experience, this company works for the landlord. I suspect what N.GM and Mr Harris state below is accurate. I came out better than both of them but I still left with a bad feeling about this company. They act like, your contract is with them but they will do what the landlord asks without verification from what I experienced. I will never rent from this company again. The first time I rented from them, I didn’t have any issues. Traci was my property manager, communication was good and when I moved after 3 yrs I received my security deposit back except for about 150 of it, which was used to clean the carpets. Last year I rented from them again, the property I was renting I was told the owner was looking for somebody long-term and that’s exactly what we were looking for too to keep from having to switch our kids schools. I gave a one star because I do not appreciate the lady who work here talking to my sister reckless over a damn leg of lamb but wrote something differently down on what she was ordering from the fresh market. I was going to go to this company for new resident but forget this company and bump her unprofessional ass too. I hope I run into her.

Been renting through Aronov for 5 years now and overall it has been a positive experience. Our property manager Traci is always responsive, helpful, and professional with us. Maintenance requests have been handled fairly quick and done properly. We are always greeted with respect from staff via email/phone and appreciate that, as well. Thank you Aronov for all you do!
