I will never rent from this company again. The first time I rented from them, I didn’t have any issues. Traci was my property manager, communication was good and when I moved after 3 yrs I received my security deposit back except for about 150 of it, which was used to clean the carpets. Last year I rented from them again, the property I was renting I was told the owner was looking for somebody long-term and that’s exactly what we were looking for too to keep from having to switch our kids schools. I gave a one star because I do not appreciate the lady who work here talking to my sister reckless over a damn leg of lamb but wrote something differently down on what she was ordering from the fresh market. I was going to go to this company for new resident but forget this company and bump her unprofessional ass too. I hope I run into her.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience renting with Aronov. Our maintenance calls were always met in a timely manor and our property manager Cindy was extremely responsive!

I have rented from a lot of management companies over the years. My experience with Aronov was average until the move out. Upon move out, their tone and professionalism changed. They came after me for unneeded repairs after a very clean walk through( the house was in cleaner and in better shape that when I moved in a year before). I tried to call and find a reasonable compromise, but they lacked the professional courtesy to act in good faith. I would not recommend using this organization.
