Military stay away! These people are pure criminals. How they haven't been brought up on charges for fraud and racketeering is absolutely beyond me. On one occasion, a painting contractor mistakenly asked me if he should double the invoice amount not realizing I was the tenant and not the property manager. They receive a kick-back from the contractors that come in and do the repairs when you move out. Therefore, they jack the prices up, and leave the tenant with the bill. I'm military and have moved around and rented properties my entire career in the US and abroad. This by far the worst rental experience and property management we've experience. The house was dirty and poorly maintained and every time we have put a work order with Arnov it has taken MONTHS to fix. Their representatives lack empathy and their attitude is simply deal with it there is nothing we can do. Simply absurd and cannot wait for my lease to be up. They deserve 0 stars.
