This review is to reiterate my fiancées review below and to document my individual experience. I really wanted to work with Rich but his constant fall-throughs and periods of ghosting have left my fiancée and I months behind schedule and with no choice but to find another jeweler. Extremely happy with my personalized ring. Rich was very professional, knowledgeable and most of all honest! He knew exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to give Rich a good review so badly and was so excited to work with a local jeweler, but I was would be remiss if I did not warn anyone of the unfortunate experience we had with this jeweler.
