Very shady company. I had one or two payments left and had discussed me having to relocate due to domestic violence and was told that they would pick up the bunkbeds and move them to a store near me where I I could pay them off for around $100 and long story short they lied. Ask for a callback due to them selling them and never heard back from them or corporate! Would never do business with them again. To say shady is an understatement!
I do not recommend . I have already paid 1000$ for a VR headset that is only 300-500$ in value & they still expect me to pay another 100$ a month for 12 more months . No communication, I have asked to speak with a manager due to the situation & every time there is a run around . It’s been 3 months now I still have not spoke to higher up. To top matters off I’ve been a customer for 7 years . Will not return & will advise others to not go through these people!
They have great customer service great products I've been dealing with Verona for quite a while now and I just love it.
Been trying to get a lift recliner from them for 3 months Keep getting told it's on order
