Used their Preassembled framing system, had a few hick ups but overall still reduced my labor cost and was much faster than the wood framing. Comes with a lot of benefits. Highly recommend to try them. We r waiting for their newer system for the next project.

Same situation of the subcontractor Eilon. I did two projects for them, one in Los Altos California, the second in Menlo Park California, I have been waiting for 6 months for them to pay and they do not respond emails or calls. There are 2 more subcontractors who also have the same problem. The two projects I worked large repairs due to waterproofing damage. in very elegant but poorly built houses by this company Two years old houses waterproofing damage all walls, decks.

I'm a subcontractor who's done a few jobs for these scammers. First job took a year to pay me. Now I'm it's been 9 months since I finished anither job and I'm still waiting for its payment. Emails aren't being returned. Calls aren't being returned, nor text messages. Nothing. Impossible to get these guys. When they finally call back several weeks later, they make repeated promises to pay and never follow through. Then ask for a payment plan. Then they don't pay per the plan. Then a representative quits. Never ending nightmar... read more
