Disappointing Service and Unresolved Issue Before placing my order, I contacted the shop via email to verify if they could accommodate specific plant-species restrictions for a bouquet that needed to cross the border. The shop confirmed they could and explicitly instructed me to leave those details in the "special instructions" section when ordering. I followed their instructions perfectly. I ordered a custom wedding bouquet with preserved roses for my sister for her wedding bouquet and Aromatears Floral Co. did an amazing job! If I could give 10 stars I would. I brought custom pieces that I wanted incorporated into the bouquet and staff sat with me and we created the custom bouquet together.
