After searching online for a florists to have flowers delivery we fell upon this one. After navigating through the website and finding something we liked my wife and I just decided to call the shop. Calling from out of province (Ont) and getting all the details worked through the, gentleman (sorry didnt get his name)on the phone made it easy and simple in guiding us with the order. My significant other and I did the DIY perfume class for my birthday and we had such a lovely time! Winnie (?) was our instructor for the duration of our class and she was so knowledgeable about how the scents would layer together, as well as how long each one would last. If we had any questions, she answered with such care and so much detail. We felt so comfortable during the whole process and our perfumes ended up smelling great. I picked up the flowers this morning, and they looked fine at the time of pickup. However, within just a few hours, the flowers completely wilted. This is unacceptable and extremely disappointing. The flower bag provided was also far too small. Carrying the bouquet in such a tight bag was inconvenient and caused additional damage to the flowers. I have been a long-time customer and have always been satisfied in the past, which makes this experience even more frustrating. This was not the quality or service I expected at all.
A1! I gave a list of scents my husband wears and that I wear, as well as essential oils that I like. They created a custom scent and it is absolutely amazing! I love it he loves it. I am so happy with their ability to create what I wanted. Highly recommend using this company for a custom personalized scent. Thank you so much!
This is the best customer service I’ve ever received from a floral shop! I also observed them serving other customers and they were so accommodating and friendly I was super impressed by them. Their flowers are incredibly reasonably priced and their arrangements are so beautiful. I will definitely be a returning customer!!
