I've been a loyal customer here for a long time, ordering every single month. My last order arrived with a ton of ants crawling all over the bouquet. Wasn't even asking for a refund or a replacement. I just wanted to give them a heads up so this wouldn't happen to another customer. Sent them an email about it and got completely ignored. Zero response is just unacceptable
This is such a fun experience! We booked for the Bespoke class for a 30ml perfume and it only cost us $45 each. You also have an option to add dried petals inside! Lin was super pleasant and helpful too! Plus, you can also name your perfume!!!
Flower quality good
I want a graduation bouquet for my daughter's university grad ceremony. I dropped by the store at 10 am and asked the staff to recommend some flowers based on my daughter's preferences. Their staff are very friendly, they helpped me choose the right color and right size. Both my dauther and I are very satisfied.
