Good food, great friendly service. So glad they are at City Center, a beautiful shopping center with water fountains, attractive landscaping, and interesting shops. I used to drive to Williamsburg to eat at Aromas. Love they are now in Newport News too.
Loud atmosphere, rude employees, expensive. This was an okay place to visit, I'd bring my dogs in and the staff would love on them, one of the kitchen staff even would bring out a treat for them every now and then. Now they don't allow dogs, and I refuse to go back.
To me, Aroma's is like coming home, warm and cozy. Great coffee and the apple pie is wondermous! It is my only coffee place.
I especially love the choices for breakfast. This location is a staple for me with its variety and excellent service. <3
I've always experienced terrific service, a warm, exciting atmosphere, and incredible coffee/food here. (This FB page needs better and more pictures, though.)
