I’ve been seeing Hong at Aroma Waxing for years now, and I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about her. I may have even left a review before, but I felt like I needed to update it because she truly deserves all the recognition. Went to this location and will NEVER go back. Got a Brazilian and they traumatized me. She injured me so bad that I had to let it heal for 2 weeks. The girl new she injured me and instead of telling me, she put a ton of baby powder on the massive tear she caused. Luckily, I didnt get an infection from her cover up. But when I got home and looked, it was bad! A tear 1.5inch long and the bleeding was crazy! And due to the area I couldnt put a bandaid. I had to use gauze. I will never go to another Aroma again. Irene was very sweet, lovely, and incredibly accommodating. She made me feel so comfortable throughout my waxing appointment, and somehow made it almost painless! I had a wonderful experience during my first visit to Aroma for my initial laser session with Mary and Sulvian! The environment was clean and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. They were both friendly and informative, guiding me through the process with ease. I'm excited to see the results from my upcoming six sessions, especially considering how affordable the prices are. I absolutely love going to this salon! I’ve had Brazilian waxes at multiple different locations around the city and this has been by far the best place to go to in Toronto. I love getting the waxes done with Sonia and Hong. They are both very welcoming and friendly; they will help distract you during the service by chatting with you so that you don’t pay attention too much to the discomfort of the waxing process.
