Extremely disappointing experience. I placed an order through Uber Eats not once, but twice, and both times the restaurant accepted the order and never completed it. I ended up waiting over 2½ hours for my food and still received nothing. What makes this even more frustrating is that it wasn’t just me experiencing the issue. Worst order ever. This used to be a good place to order food but lately their quality has really gone bad. I ordered a mutton sukka on Saturday evening and this is what they gave me. Absolutely tasteless.it doesn’t even have a flavor just some bine in pieces boiled with salt and pepper and dumped into the container.
I received metal piece in fried rice yesterday. Thats very unhygienic and what will happen if we swallowed it? Upon complaint they said they will refund. It’s not about refund. It’s all about health and safety. What would have been the consequences if it was swallowed by mistake? Assuming itself is creating chills. How can be they so reckless and even the food was not even tasty!! Not going again for sure. I forgot to take picture of the metal. It was blue and silver. I showed to the front counter guy as well.
