Have been visiting this location for years, I have been to this location 3x in the past week and the staff have been horrible. Whoever was on the clock 09/09 around noon, was so unnecessarily disrespectful! They were snarky making comments under their breath, having a nasty attitude and overall making the location so unwillingly to visit! Honestly sad to see over a location we used to love so much.
Waited 30 minutes in line which was my whole lunch break. Wasn't even busy...
Each visit I have the staff are friendly and helpful (especially when I don't know what I want!) and when an order mishap did happen (rare!) due to an exceptionally busy morning, the owner reached out personally to remedy it and she was so sweet!
I would give five stars, but we can't get drinks in the evening anymore. We have shown up over an hour and a half before closing on multiple occasions recently, only to be told each time they can't use the blender to make drinks since they already disinfected the blender. Why is stuff being cleaned over an hour and a half before closing at a place that specializes in coffee and frozen drinks?
