The service was solidly fine and the barista was pleasant and polite. Of course, they were out of cold brew. I ordered a black iced coffee which I can only describe as tasting like cigarettes. Disgusting!
Don't get black coffee. Aroma Joe's coffee is consistently burned.
Amazing coffee - Latte with almond milk and Splenda is my favorite.
