I ordered an iced latte with cold foam. The cold foam was filled with curdled cottage cheese. I called to let them know so they didn’t serve it to anyone else and they hung up on me. When I tried to call back they picked up the phone and immediately hung up on me again several times. I never even got to tell them the cold foam was spoiled because they hung up the minute I started to say something was wrong. Favorite coffee in greensburg
Sept.23rd I stopped in. The two young ladies working Abby I believe was the one young ladies name. They went above and beyond were so polite and helpful. Those girls deserved 10star review!!!!
A couple weeks ago an employee named Bella was very rude and constantly rolled her eyes when my daughter was ordering her drink. She had a bad attitude when I was speaking to her and she constantly was giving me and my daughter the “gen z” stare. After she took our order she would disturbingly stare at her and not look away. My daughter was uncomfortable. Probably not coming back after this….
