I left five stars because I love aroma Joe's. But the last four or five times that I've went they've gotten my coffee wrong every time. I ordered the Poppin pumpkin today unwanted cinnamon in the coffee and it was left out also the sugar crystals that go on top of that particular coffee were also left out. I hate to complain but when I go and get a coffee I want it how I want it the only thing that I was satisfied with today's visit was how friendly the girls were and it was Halloween and they offered candy which was nice. I ordered an iced latte with cold foam. The cold foam was filled with curdled cottage cheese. I called to let them know so they didn’t serve it to anyone else and they hung up on me. When I tried to call back they picked up the phone and immediately hung up on me again several times. I never even got to tell them the cold foam was spoiled because they hung up the minute I started to say something was wrong.
