I visited around 6:00 PM and had an uncomfortable experience that I feel needs to be addressed. I understand restroom policies, so I made a purchase before using the facilities. What stood out to me was the unprofessional behavior from staff. An employee was speaking loudly and disrespectfully about me within earshot, which made the environment feel very uncomfortable. I love this place, always good coffee and very nice people. Once I had a bad morning but girl on drive through presented me a flower for no reason and my day was so much better after this small gesture.
We consistently go to Aroma Joe's and each time the service is terrific, the selection of coffees wonderful and great pastries and food. Wonderful stop for coffee and a pastry as you're making plans for the day. They have sandwich options, rolls etc aside from great coffee. They also have a drive through now, which is very effective and efficient.
