Stopped by Aroma Joes on my walk this morning. I'd never been there and was curious about thier coffee. I got the same coffee I normally get at Dunkin Donuts. The Aroma Joes coffee was really good. It was also about fify cents cheaper. The women who waited on me was also very nice. Aroma Joes has definitely earned my buisness.

I placed a mobile order and went through the drive-thru because it was an extremely hot day and I already have difficulty breathing. When I arrived at the window, the employee rudely informed me that the order had "just popped up" and told me I needed to park and come inside to get it. Although I was frustrated, I chose not to cause a scene and parked my vehicle before going inside. Another employee was kind and handed me my order without issue. Drinks are good and food is decent but the wait time is ridiculous. I understand staff is taking orders in the store, online and in the drive through but they need help. It shouldn't take as long as it does to heat already cooked food, prepare a hot coffee or a cold drink. I've left the line numerous times because it's not worth the wait. I've also been in the building to get drinks and have watched staff standing around while some staff is running around like crazy. Something needs to be done to organize better.
