Our store is clean and bright and seasonally decorated. We have seasonal patio seating. We support as many local fundraiser events as we can annually. I ordered my usual rush and never have any problems with ordering that drink, it’s a drink on the secret menu and they gave me attitude and told me they didn’t think they could do that and then when it came out it looked nothing like what I got so I just double checked to make sure it was the correct ingredients and the girl gave me attitude back for just making sure my rush was correct. “She said well strawberry is red you know” awful customer service and they obviously just don’t know how to properly make a rush when I get... read more
I waited close to 10 minutes while multiple workers were at the window just to order, then once I got my drink it wasn’t the right order
Slowest service of any Aroma joe's I've visited from Augusta to Newport.
horribly slow drive thru. no customers inside and still line is out to the road. need to have people with large orders move up and to a parking spot. otherwise plan on spending a good hour in line for your coffee. just not worth it anymore
Good music, staff was in a good mood and jamming with the music, and the cinnamon roll my friend and I shared was delicious! Would come in and dine again.
