Love AJs! Had my first negative experience though yesterday 7/13. We went through the drive through and paid cash. The barista then asked if I wanted my change, I stated yes, as it was a 5.74 or around that. I did have in my right hand the tip I was going to exchange for the change (I love AJs but I’m sorry I can’t tip 5.74 in this economy when already paying 5.00 for a drink… Anyways when I told her yes I would like my change she rolled her eyes so hard I thought they would roll down the road! The girl with the blonde hair, who’s always there in the morning is always so kind. I always end up giving her a five to $10 tip anytime I see her because the service she has is just amazing.
An employee came out and helped people order when the line was long. Coffee is really good. The sandwiches are tasty too.
I go to this aroma joes every day and normally everything is fine. But today O received a bagel that look like it had been dunked in water before being toasted. I have no idea what happened but it is completely soggy and wet and absolutely disgusting. Its the entire thing too so I'm really not sure how someone did not notice and gave it to me anyway. I doubt I will be returning because that is just gross and I don't want to know how that could've happened.
