Painfully inconsistent. Some days there's an issue with the coffee. Today my five dollar ice coffee was so weak it was undrinkable. Other times it's great. Reconsidering playing roulette every time I need a coffee I guess.
I’ve been going to aroma joes for many years, I even used to work at one of the locations for an amount of time. I understand that sometimes it is difficult to be polite to customers, customers service isn’t always easy. I can always count on my order to be made incorrectly. If I wanted I wanted to drink milk and sugar with a splash of cold brew that’s what I’d order. Drive the extra five minutes and go to the Scarborough location.
