service has got a lot better. young women at the window was so nice I had to change my 1 star into a 5 star. thank you for the best service i have had
wish i could give more stars! i stop here every morning before work. staff is always so friendly and welcoming and great at suggesting drinks/food. everything is always made to perfection. can’t say i’ve ever had a bad experience with service and or food/drink. aroma joes in salem, particularly this location, will always be my favorite morning stop
The manager Ashley is super nice and friendly. The rest of the staff are nice as well. My son loves their coffee and energy drinks. They use better quality syrups than dunks does. Good location with easy access. Plaza is also nice as well!
if i could give 0 stars i would. I dont know what it is but the last few times i've gotten a rush here they have been completely FLAT it tastes like juice....if you dont want to waste your money repeatedly I'd recommend going to the broadway location. but if you wanna pay $5 for what tastes like a capri sun by all means...
