Great coffee
I love this aroma Joe to death but they need to stop asking me if I want straws. Every time I go through the drive-through. I’ve been going there for years and I’ve never said I don’t want a straw. You see me every day. Stop asking me if I want straws. Other than that the service was great and the food was great and the drinks are amazing. I love aroma Joes.
While some employees are friendly and positive, others are consistently unwelcoming. On my most recent visit, no words were spoken to me when my drink was handed through a half-open drive-thru window. On a previous visit, I ordered a sauce (which I do often and know costs 50 cents). The employee forgot to charge me and implied I hadn’t ordered it, despite this happening politely and without issue at other locations. The girl that served me today was so chipper and nice! The food and coffee are just like every A.J's but it was refreshing to be served by someone so cheerful!
