Pay $7 for a drink and then I go to the other window because there’s not enough ice, 32 cents for a cup! When an explain why wanted the ice, the girl working says I didn’t make it! Clearly the customer isn’t always right!
I had a wonderful experience at this aroma joes its one of the best ones that i’ve been to. Workers are very nice and friendly and food and drinks are made well.
It’s a shame as they used to make good coffee. Not sure what happened, too many new people or not enough training, maybe just nobody cares anymore, but the result is inconsistent coffee. If I wanted inconsistent coffee I would go to Dunkin Donuts.
