So Aroma Joe's lost me as a customer today. I ordered two coffees and tipped $3. One coffee was supposed to be a medium ice with one cream and three sugars. I realized after I left that the coffee had a ton of cream and no sugar. I went back to exchange it as the same order and got it with no sugar again AND the coffee was over filled so coffee was between the lid and the cup so when I went to taste it I got it all over my shirt and my my seat belt. I have been coming here every morning since this location opened sometimes more than once a day. They always make the coffees perfect and the rush energy drinks have so many tasty options to choose from and the girls will always give a recommendation or give me a good choice when I ask them to just surprise me with one when I can't make my own decision. I had a fantastic experience at the drive-thru! From start to finish, everything was quick, efficient, and stress-free. An employee, Avery, greeted me with a warm smile through the window and got my order just right the first time. I barely had to wait, and my food (or order) was hot, fresh, and exactly as requested.
