Went in yesterday as we normally due, they were training new staff (no biggy) we ordered our drinks and left. The drinks were disgusting. We called a bit later to address our concern and the “manager” told us that only the person who made our drinks could give us a free one. I described the worker and the manager told us No. I asked to speak to another manager and she told me she’s the only one. Then she hung up on me. I’ve had WAY better service and drinks from this location. Hopefully an extra call will yield better result... read more
I used to be able to go through the drive-thru and order a fro-joe, and used to come out perfect...i don't know what has changed, but, whoever does the taste tests should maybe try this one out again (32 oz) - i spend (or have spent) a lot of money here, I just can't afford to keep throwing 7 bucks away, and not drinking it
