I waited at the closed first window, then pulled to the second window to place a simple order. The employee rudely interrupted me and told me I had to drive all the way around again. Very unprofessional experience, so I left without ordering.
I came by today (5/24), they were out of regular 24oz cups and rush so i settled for a sugar free 32oz. they didn’t even fill my cup.
I don't know if anyone will see this but I figured I would leave a review anyway. I used to live in Newport and I would go to this aroma Joe's often. I was there this afternoon and I got the same coffee I always order at every aroma Joe's location, it's always the same at the other location I just get a maple cold brew with a dash of cream with cloud top. I get this location is short staffed cause they have one worker so I was patient waiting awhile but when I got my coffee the cold brew was 75 percent cloud top and the rest... read more
This location had temporarily closed the lobby and wasn’t offering hot food, which I’m guessing was due to understaffing. No big deal… we used the drive through and just needed to place two separate orders. That seemed to be a major inconvenience to the girl taking our order. She had an annoyed tone, slammed the window shut, and handed us our drinks with a quick “here” with RBF and snippy tone. Drinks were good.
The girls at the window are great. They are friendly, and fast.
