This review is a bit challenging for me to write. I’ve visited aRoma Joe’s in Newport, New Hampshire, several times and have experienced average service. Sometimes, places can be hit or miss, and I was hoping for more consistency here. Unfortunately, my last visit was disappointing, especially regarding customer service. I ordered a hot tea to go, and it arrived boiling hot. The teabag, along with its paper tag, was fully submerged in the cup, making it impossible for me to remove it on the go.
