This is by no means a reflection on the staff working there, but when it averages well over 5 minutes per car you’ve got a serious infrastructure problem.
I come here usually on Saturday mornings and the staff is always lovely and very helpful. However whenever I come it’s always just one person working in the entire building. It’s no shame to them they’re always working very hard to get people through vastly as much as one person can, it’s a shame on the management for not fixing the issue. Amazing place with so many great drink options! Being going here for a long time and always a great experience. The owner and all of the team are SUPER nice. Recommend trying different coffees and drinks because there are so many good combinations you will discover a new favorite each time. Thank you keep crushing it!
I forgot to make decaf cold brew using a large mason jar and a filter so I went over here for decaf iced coffee or decaf iced americano. I got the decaf iced coffee and it was no doubt hot decaf coffee from the day before that they poured into a container and chilled in the fridge overnight which tasted burnt and old. Service was very nice and seemed component.
