Forget Dubkin or Starbuck’s. This is the coffee fancy or otherwise you want and at a much better price point.
The service is excellent, I have to start there. I've always had friendly excellent staff. However every single time I go (and this applies to all the aroma Joe's) I am sorely disappointed in my coffee. It's just not good. I only went this last time because I had a coupon for a free drink and figured I'd try again, but alas, it's still not good coffee.
Normally this aroma joes is very good, I never have problems with the quality of their food or drinks but recently the service has gone downhill. When i get one of the younger girls it’s fine but there is an older lady that has been working the ordering window a lot recently and I have never had a good experience with her. She is dismissive and is more worried about talking to her coworkers than doing her job.
