Guy who wears the red earring was awful at drive through. 1 xl ice coffee shot of espresso 1 large oatmilk latte. Comes back with a large hot cofffee (got 50 percent there and got the hot oat milk latte right). I tell him I ordered an xl iced coffee (what I always get there). He comes back with a large iced. I tell him I ordered an Xl iced coffee. Says “no you definitely ordered a large” incorrect. So he then proceeds to go back and just get the xl cup and add ice. Horrible customer service.
It is coffee and we did get our food...but at what cost? Everything is overpriced, the cups are not filled to the top. In fact, my latte was only filled to 75% of the whole cup! For the price, that is ridiculous. They do not list the drink flavors they have but rather you have to look behind the counter at the 45 syrups (which are Torani brand and available for $4.99 at any TJ Maxx). The coffee is dark rich and flavorful. The servers are friendly. I am looking forward to when there are more shops in New England but I am always willing to search out an Aroma Joes rather than settlte for that omnipresent other place that is, in one man's opinion, in decline.
