10/10 first time going to a Joe's. Fantastic all around.
Only ordered beverages but staff is friendly and order was quick and correct.
Love their coffee and food but when I went there recently one of the employees got really annoyed that I asked for ketchup. I was told they charge for ketchup and I should have told the employee at the order window. Please post a sign at the order window if your employees are going to be mad about this or buy cheaper ketchup. No other Aroma Joe's has ever charged me for ketchup.
