Love their coffee and food but when I went there recently one of the employees got really annoyed that I asked for ketchup. I was told they charge for ketchup and I should have told the employee at the order window. Please post a sign at the order window if your employees are going to be mad about this or buy cheaper ketchup. No other Aroma Joe's has ever charged me for ketchup.

Ordered a cappuccino, a 16 oz drink, staff was very friendly, polite and served the order quickly. However, they made me a latte, not a cappuccino and, it was weak. I do not expect strong knock-your-socks-off coffee strength, but it truly tasted diluted. I had already driven away, otherwise I would have told them to remake it. I suspect they used 1 shot of espresso instead of two for such a large drink. If it had been 12 oz, it would have been better, but still a latte. I come to this Aroma Joe’s once in a while through the drive thru and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I’ve never been inside but the drive thru service is consistently quick and polite. My go-to order is a hot Aroma Mocha with an extra shot of Chocolate Milano flavor. It’s a special drink and I know how it’s made, but every time I order it the staff double check the ingredients with me. I understand this is probably part of their training, but it isn’t really necessary once the customer already knows their drink. ... read more
