Refused to put cream cheese on bagel after explaining in a rush and have to eat while driving. Small things make a big difference. Lost my business
Every time I order my coffee they don’t put what I ask them to put in my coffee and it takes like chemicals. I went in this morning to ask her to remake it and she will didn’t put the right ingredients in it and was not friendly. For someone that stops at aroma joes every day this is super annoying. So now I drive all the way down to Portland for my coffee because I’m tired of wasting money. :(
They only let you scan 1 gift card you loaded on the app per order. They're either stupid or trying to always force you to pay some cash. You just lost a customer on principle. I ALWAYS tipped your baristas because you pay them practically nothing but what's going to happen is I'm going to be cringe and use up my remaining gift cards as close to not over as possible and not tipping again. Absolute trash company.
No matter what time of day it is, 630am, 12pm, 5pm the ladies that work there ALWAYS have a smile and are super friendly and attentive. I have never had a bad experience at this AJs, my drinks and food have always been exactly what I asked for. In my opinion, all the other AJs I have visited, none of them are as quick and nice as these employees are here.
