I honestly don’t even leave reviews, but my experience on November 26th around 5 PM frustrated me so much I feel like I have to. When we asked for extra foam on a hot chocolate — which is literally NOT a weird request at all — the barista looked at us and said “what is that?” with so much attitude. I worked at Aroma Joe’s for 5 years, so I know for a fact extra foam is a normal thing. If she didn’t know what it meant, she clearly needs way better training, not to be rude about it. Sometimes there is a line in the am. But they are always friendly and get you on your way. Luckily, they are consistent. It’s a great option from the other coffee places near by. I prefer shop local-ish over the larger chains. Breakfast is decent, nothing really exciting or new. Drinks are what I know they do well.
