Much faster to go in vs the drive thru
When you order the same two drinks for the last 5 years with the LEE location you have your order down pat. I had to be in Durham today so I skipped the Lee location ( sorry Ashley and Becca) and went here. The location was slow and the two girls were just sitting around. They looked frustrated I came in. I ordered a 32 oz sugar free no ice beach bum and a 32 oz no ice blue Hawaiian like I said same order for the past 5 years EVERY MORNing. They allowed me to order a sandwich without meat and then handed me a sandwich with ham and argued with me when I said that isnt what I ordered. If there's no substitutions allowed that should be said at the register, not after spending money on something I can't eat.
