Fried BUG in food! Also forgot part of the meal! Horrible customer service, tried to refuse refund. Wouldn't drop off the forgetten items, but refusing to refund order unless we gave them our HOME address so they could pick up the food! Why? Are they going to serve it to the next customer?! Very very unprofessional and unsanitary!!
