I ordered some flowers online on their website and it was processed. Then, the next day I get an email saying they were refunding my money back. No specific reason was given . I called them at least five times and left them a message, but still no answer.Very disappointed.
It's difficult requesting flowers from abroad (France). You never know what you'll get and when it will be delivered. Aroma Flowers were really on top of it. They contacted me by email and called to advise me that they didn't have the same flowers. This is the first time a florist took the time to call! My daughter recently just got married and we are both so happy. We picked Aroma Flowers for my daughter's wedding. Elizabeth the owner was so kind and pleasant to work. Her special touch of listening to are needs was outstanding. She paid attention to the details of everthing that was requested. Even the shot gun shells boutonnieres were adorable.
